I design AI-powered shopping experiences, defining capabilities, shaping features, writing and refining LLM prompts, and developing guidelines.

I completed conversation design projects for Amazon and authored automotive reviews and repair guides for TrueCar and Tinker DIY.

Senior Editor – Carvana - Mar 2022 to Jul 2023
I led an initiative to make Carvana a research destination for used-car shoppers, overseeing editorial standards and content production.

I shaped Alexa’s persona by establishing foundational personality principles and creating content and programs that embodied them at scale.

I launched Amazon Books retail locations in San Diego and Portland, managing day-to-day operations, staff, and in-store programming.
